Our Process
Once you’ve reviewed our services and contacted our team, the initial call gives you the opportunity to discuss your project with our experts. During this conversation, we’ll go over your goals for the project and your budget, and we’ll schedule a free on-site consultation so we can better understand your needs and evaluate the location.
Step 1: Initial Contact
Meeting on-site and speaking with our clients in person allows us to review the project scope and discuss the budget while considering the site conditions and details of the work involved. During this stage, we’ll also go over the preconstruction process and begin developing a plan tailored to best fit your needs.
Step 2: On-Site Consultation
Step 3: Proposal
After a budget has been established, we begin the design and selections process to refine your project and finalize the overall plan. With years of experience and hundreds of completed projects, we carefully evaluate each step and its potential costs. After the design is finalized and approved, we present a proposal that outlines the full scope of work and the true costs of all selected finishes.
Step 4: Sign Contract and establish start date
After all selections are finalized, we will proceed with a definitive contract and determine a tentative start date and projected timeline. Our production team will meet with you on-site to review the project details and coordinate logistics.
Construction and Post-Completion
Once construction begins, your site supervisor will stay in regular contact throughout the project to ensure the work exceeds your expectations and to answer any questions or concerns as they arise.

Project Completion & Inspections
As your project nears completion, your supervisor will schedule a walk-through to review any remaining punch list items and ensure you’re fully satisfied with the final result. Once all mechanical systems pass final inspection, we will obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from the building inspector, officially confirming that your space is safe, complete, and ready to use.
Final Walk through & Sign off
Congratulations on the completion of your project! Once the work is finished, your supervisor will walk the site with you one final time for your sign-off, officially marking the completion of the project and the start of your warranty. At EC Build, we stand behind our work. We offer warranties of up to 10 years, which will be provided to you during the final walk-through.
